The bat has been banned for failure of the BESR-ABI test, two different tests. The BESR is passes and that's annotated all over EASTON's marketing and resellers pages. There is no mention that this bat does not pass the ABI test, it not approved for NHFS or NCAA play. Now the younger leagues are following the same practice. All composite bats are banned unless they pass the additional ABI test. Here is a link to the bats approved. [...] This is why you are now seeing $400 bats selling for $89 like directly from Rawlings. 5150 Composite Bat, Only 89.99. Was 399.99 DO NOT BUY!!!
